June 12th-15th, Vice President Barry Curtis hosted ProCollect's Annual Company Retreat in Galveston, Texas. Two guest speakers shared their expertise with our supervisors and human resources teams. Each supervisor conducted a presentation of their own ideas to improve various processes and followed up with open discussions. We look forward to their good ideas coming to fruition and the productivity increases that follow as a result.

ProCollect's staff recently attended the 2014 Houston Apartment Association Conference and Exposition. Once again, we want to thank HAA for a very successful trade show. The other apartment industry conferences should look to HAA as an example of the way to run their expositions. It was wonderful catching up with all our clients and we look forward to next years event.

It was a unique event and we commend the staff at SHB for putting together such a wonderful production! We wish to thank Ambling Management Company for inviting ProCollect to their Sixth Annual Manager’s Conference and Awards Ceremony. The event was held February 28th - March 2nd at the beautiful Château Élan in Braselton, Georgia, a luxury resort and spa nestled within the sweeping panorama of the north Georgia foothills. As usual we were so impressed at the awards dinner. We are honored to be a part of the event and appreciate the long time partnership.

ProCollect recently upgraded its predictive/auto dialer technology to a hosted internet based solution. With technology changing faster and faster, auto dialer hardware can become obsolete with in a few years. In order to always be at the forefront of the auto dialer technology we concluded that a host solution would be most advantageous. This new technology sets the standard for call center optimization by employing proprietary algorithms and dialing logic with SIP/VoIP technology. This enables us to apply Interactive Voice Communication strategies that maximize our right party connectivity with each attempt, delivering the highest return on our investment

ProCollect is proud to announce our newest partnership with Metroplex Mail. After an extensive search they were chosen because of their technology, customer service, and attentiveness to detail. The partnership will not only reduce operating expenses, it will allow us to create a seamless and more efficient letter campaigns and for our clients. We are very excited to work side by side with Metroplex Mail and look forward to a long relationship.

ProCollect is proud to announce our newest partnership with Payments Gateway. Their organization is a secure PCI Certified platform that processes credit cards, debit cards and electronic checks. Each collector uses an online terminal from their computer allowing them the ability to receive immediate approvals or declines when taking payments. The speed and efficiently of our new platform has decreased declined payments substantially as we keep a debtor on the line while they find a different form of payment to pay their debt.

ProCollect was recently a Silver Sponsor for the LEDIC Management Group conference held October 28th at the Harrah's Convention Center in Tunica, MS. We would like to thank the entire staff of Ledic for making us feel welcome and for hosting a wonderful conference. We look forward to many more years of continued support and a strong partnership.

ProCollect sponsored the Tyler Apartment Association's monthly luncheon held at Chelsea Creek Apartments on September 17th, 2009. ProCollect had Jason's Deli deliver a tasty lunch for over 35 attendees. Larry Gingold had the opportunity to speak to them about the state of our economy, selecting a collection's partner, and many ways to maximize their collection efforts. Linda Neely, President of TAA, responded afterwards in an email by saying, "Your presentation was a big hit. I really appreciate the effort you put into this meeting. It was very informative and a nice change for our manager’s."

ProCollect wants to thank the MS Multi-Family Counsel for a highly successful trade show. ProCollect gave out $500.00 in gift certificates to 5 lucky winners. As usual, the attendees were extremely enthusiastic and very complimentary to our company. We appreciate all the hard work MMFC put into the show making it a pleasure for everyone that attended.

ProCollect was invited by the San Antonio Apartment Association to host a seminar about collections on April 28th, 2009. Ms. Tena Francesco, Director of Education, was in charge of marketing the event for SAAA. She ended up with over 80 confirmed attendees which was much more than expected. Larry Gingold, President of ProCollect, spoke for 45 minutes about the collections industry and how to maximize debt recovery. After the event, Tena had all of the attendees fill out an evaluation form and everyone appreciated the content of the presentation as well as the dynamic delivery. All said they would highly recommend the event to their colleges and learned significant ways to increase their collection procedures. ProCollect is grateful for the opportunity to participate and looks forward to future engagements.
