Working with ProCollect for our collection needs has been a pleasure. Larry Gingold, the president of ProCollect, has been very accommodating to our needs and requests and is always available to assist our corporate and site personnel. ProCollect has stayed current with their reporting and technologies and continues to stay abreast of Collection technology trends from reporting to collection call systems. Larry personally pushes reports to our key team members monthly in an easy to read format with a summary email of the collection activity for the report period and detail information is available online to our DM and corporate teams for auditing and review purposes. ProCollect’s typical collection percentage is 20%-25% and the personalized service cannot be surpassed.

2014 Student Housing Business Operations Exchange - OCT 12 2014

ProCollect's staff recently attended the Student Housing Business magazine's Business Operations Exchange held at Barton Creek Omni Resort in Austin, Texas. It was a unique event and we commend the staff at SHB for putting together such a wonderful production! We enjoyed visiting with our long standing clients and look forward to working with the new partnerships we built as a result of the event. The resort was amazing especially with so many great people in attendance!

 
Putting Dallas Back to Work Job Fair - JUL 17 2014

On Thursday, July 17th, 2014, ProCollect, Inc. in association with Southwest Center Mall in Dallas, hosted our semi-annual “Putting Dallas Back to Work” job fair. ProCollect, Inc., along with 19 other employers across the Dallas / Ft. Worth area, met with hundreds of job seekers in order to place individuals into a wide variety of different job openings. With participation of many great companies, such as AAA-Texas, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Green Mountain Energy, Dallas Police Department, as well as many others, ProCollect is proud be able to host another successful hiring event, resulting in many community members being able to find their own next great career opportunity.

 
2014 NAA Education Conference & Exposition - JUN 20 2014

ProCollect's staff recently attended the 2014 NAA Education Conference & Exposition held at The Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. The weather was amazing! The event was very well managed. We enjoyed visiting with our clients and look forward to working with new partnerships we built as a result of the show.

 
ProCollect's Annual Retreat - JUN 12 2014

June 12th-15th, Vice President Barry Curtis hosted ProCollect's Annual Company Retreat in Galveston, Texas. Two guest speakers shared their expertise with our supervisors and human resources teams. Each supervisor conducted a presentation of their own ideas to improve various processes and followed up with open discussions. We look forward to their good ideas coming to fruition and the productivity increases that follow as a result.

 
2014 HAA Conference and Exposition - MAY 15 2014

ProCollect's staff recently attended the 2014 Houston Apartment Association Conference and Exposition. Once again, we want to thank HAA for a very successful trade show. The other apartment industry conferences should look to HAA as an example of the way to run their expositions. It was wonderful catching up with all our clients and we look forward to next years event.
