Placing AccountsFor the benefit of our clients, we employ a variety of solutions for placing accounts with our company. Our flexibility ranges from the format the accounts are placed, to the method of delivery the accounts are transferred. Digital SubmittalAs a result of our onsite IT Department, we are able to accept a variety of formats for upload into our system. Some of the following include: ASCII (Flat Text File), CSV (Commas Separated Values) File, Excel, Access, FoxPro (DBF), and DB. Mail SubmittalWe provide postage-paid / pre-addressed at your request. Place the accounts and information requested in one of our envelopes and mail. Please DO NOT mail one resident in one envelope, unless that is all the collections you have for the month. Our envelopes are designed to hold a many accounts. Network Fax ServerIf you prefer to fax your accounts, you can do so with our multi-line network fax server. Fax your accounts to: 888.897.3012. Email SubmittalAccounts can be sent via email by sending them to submit@procollect.com. Again please include all pertinent information. As you know, the more expeditious a collection agency receives its information, the higher their returns. Using one of our placement programs is just one more way of giving our clients better customer service and results. |
