In 2006, after many years with ProCollect we decided to try another agency. We were lured away by a strong sales presentation and what we thought was an impressive client list. What were neither strong nor impressive were their results. After nine months with this other agency, we went back to Larry and ProCollect. Larry Gingold’s attention to detail and willingness to work and train the individual site managers makes a tremendous difference in the amount we recover each month. The reality is we can only recover what we turn over to ProCollect. Larry’s system makes it easy for the people that matter most, our on site managers. Since returning to ProCollect we have recorded a number of record months in collection recovery income. I wish we had never made the switch away from them in the first place.
